The daily bloghop starts at the PaperHaus Blog  – make sure you click through every blog for inspiration! Also comment on every blog each day to get a chance to win an AMAZING daily prize! The "Winter Frolic" promises to leave you inspired!!!

Today's PRIZE given away at PaperHaus is an Amazing Crafting Products prize package - One of each product: 2/3 lb. package of Amazing Mold Putty; Amazing Mold Rubber Kit {which is now available in Hobby Lobby Stores}; 16 oz. Amazing Casting Resin Kit; and 16 oz. Amazing Clear Cast Resin Kit}. We apologize for any confusion - the prize package today is not a Frog Dog Studio kit - the prize is a package by Amazing Crafting Products {please see above}.

Today's project by Susan combines Amazing Crafting Products and items from our new Partner "In-Crafting", Frog Dog Studio... to create this wintery wonderland dome created using a recycled seltzer bottle, wine cork and tape spool.

Using the "Fern" Luminarte Acrylic Silks Paint from the Dec. Frog Dog Studio Kit,
I poured some in a dish and added a little water to make a wash.

Then I dipped bottlebrush tree {Tim Holtz Ideaology Woodland Tree is also from Dec. Frog Dog Studio Kit}, into the glittery green goodness to stain the tree green. When done, I poured the leftover into an empty bottle so I can use as a spray mist later.

The finished stained tree and leftover shimmery mist.

Yes!!! Applying the the Pearl Viva Colour Modeling Creme on the
AMAZING No-Gelatin Printing Plate makes for fabulous monoprint texture.

I will tear this paper into sections and layer to create some some snowy layers...

Now to mix the Amazing Casting Resin and Alumilite Pearlescent
Powder to create faux snow on painted tree.

I mixed equal parts of "A" and "B" of Amazing Casting Resin and a couple stick scoops of the pearlescent powder, stirred completely - then poured mixture onto my non-stick craft mat.

Working quickly - I dipped the tree directly into the resin, rotating to hit all the tips of the tree branches. As the Amazing Casting Resin Cures - it becomes an opaque white. You have to work quickly - the Amazing Casting Resin has about a 5 minute open time before it cures {especially when you mix a small batch}.

Now I have a fresh coat of glistening snow on my tree!

With a scraps of patterned paper a, ribbon, some tulle and a pretty button - my recycled bottle and tape spool are transformed into a "Winter Wonderland" dome.

A perfect gift to get anyone in the Christmas Spirit!
