Introducing our AMAZING Featured Artist for March... Melony Miller Bradley

Happy Friday! Today we continue our "Featured Artist" series here at the Amazing Crafting Products blog. Each month we feature one artist who will share a special project and some inspiration using Amazing Crafting Products.

Our featured artist this month was introduced to Amazing Mold Putty by Amazing Crafting Products Creative Team Alumni Niki Sargent Meiners, and of course, a new form of creativity blossomed. We are so excited to welcome Melony Miller Bradley as our Featured Artist this month.

A little bit about Melony...

Melony Miller Bradley considers herself fortunate enough to be doing what she loves, which is working full-time in the creative industry. As a young child growing up in Savannah, Georgia, Melony kept herself busy creating imaginary villages – complete with handmade paper dolls and paper dollhouse furniture. In the early 90’s, Melony submitted her first project for publication in a well-known national craft publication and was shocked when her design, a pair of earrings made from confetti, was accepted. After she graduated from college and entered the corporate world as a marketing expert, Melony longed to spend more time creating and designing general crafts.

In 2005, she finally got that chance when she was laid off from her advertising/marketing agency job. She began submitting projects to print publications and started writing for the creative industry. Melony still designs and submits projects for a variety of print and web publications. Most of her time is spent helping manufacturers with marketing strategy including project design and social media platforms.

More of her work can be seen on her blog,

Way back in 2011 Melony actually made a brief cameo here on the AMP Blog and shared a little tutorial on using Amazing Mold Putty and Jacquard's Cernit Clay to mold/cast the flowers featured in these darling mixed-media pendants. The entire step-by-step pendant tutorial can be found by CLICKING HERE to jump to Mel Designs. A little recycled book pages, some beads and a little bling. Add a custom molded/cast embellishment and a jump ring... a lovely pendant is born!

Wouldn't these make a lovely birthday gift?

Thanks so much for dropping by! Check back next Friday for some AMAZING Inspiration by our Featured Artist Melony Miller Bradley... you don't want to miss it! CLICK HERE to head on over to Melony's site Mel Designs and check out more of her amazing work.

Have a fabulous Friday! :) Sb
