Mold Making makes for Some #Cre8time Wearable Fun!!! AMAZING Inspiration by Maria Soto

Hi there, this is Maria and today I bring you an inspiration post. One thing I like to do with Amazing Mold Putty, is make all types of molds, you never know what you might want to make later on, so it's good to have a lot of fun stuff to work with when creativity comes knocking. The photos below show some of the creative fun you can achieve with these Amazing Crafting Products!

I select and prepare an assortment of molds for resin {on left} to work with. Pouring multiple molds with with Amazing Casting Resin give you finished pieces in minutes {curing process pictured on right}.

These molds have added colorants combined with Amazing Clear Cast Resin.

I felt like making some jewelry, so I decided to use my tiny kitty mold made with Amazing Mold Putty and a kitty I got from my last trip to Wisconsin. I poured two pieces using the Amazing Casting Resin, because as I mentioned before I love to hand paint the entire piece, sometimes I might add a little Alumilite Dye to color the resin.

I began with equal balls of Amazing Mold Putty parts "A" and "B"; mixed completely then pressed my kitty into the Amazing Mold Putty; and waiting for mold to be done (takes about 5 to 10 minutes).

I just took a couple of items I had on hand, and made a pin and a pendant, as you can see below. I added some bling to each painted resin kitty head –  one a pin, where you can always add a chain and turn it into a pendant; and the pendant paired with a necklace I already had... I thought the colors worked well together.

My "Kitty pin and pendant" are all ready to go to their new home!!!

Now I know a couple of people that love cats in my family
that these would make for really nice gifts for.

How do you like to be ready to create, when you suddenly feel the need to get crafty? Do you make pieces ahead of time just for those days? I hope I have inspired you to get excited about creating with Amazing Crafting Products.

What would you mold to transform
into a wearable piece of art?
